FACES OF TIJUANA

Sinaloans Juan Lopez and wife Luz Noris cross the bridge to the US only to go shopping and to visit relatives (left). Haitian Marie Mirlande Caceus andher sons Miguel and Lilliam, and a family friend, 3-year-old Ryan left homeless by Hurricane Matthew and now they stay in Tijuana as they decided not to cross into the US for fear of being deported back to Haiti.
